Who’s Controlling Your Neighborhoods In New York?
Affordable housing has been a chief complaint for the last four years since Mayor Bill De Blasio announced change. The chief complaint definition is how to free the economy for New York City residents to spend. Food, decent clothing, adaptable fashion trends for entertainment, housing, and space are all a major concern which spearheaded a whole new dimension to the market in New York called, sexual health/wellness. The long time pervert has left the building for decency because to earn a buck in the “City of Dreams” the word “sex” has taken on a new role as a beautiful thing and not a biblical concept.
For the New York Billionaires, the A list circle, and the segregated neighborhoods within the five boroughs in the State, a source revealed that you can not find a decent Studio apartment that will except a Pet for under $3, 300 per month (of course unless you have a creative housing sense to fashion up the neighborhood). Even Real Estate Mongols are open for the conversation to change the way Neighborhoods are controlled in New York City so that their employed Real Estate Agents are still wage earners for the New York City residents. Gentrification is now a topic to rethink for the market of “steal shamelessly” businesses. After all, no one wants to sleep on a sidewalk in New York tomorrow if the retail rents are not micro managed for change. A 200 square foot and a one fire stove is not the Western style of living. Even New York City Billionaires need a tax break and ears for change for safer streets. So where will the funding come from? Who are the foot soldiers to make this thought a reality?
