How Do We Combat Gun Violence Enacted By Gun Justice?
In 1994, the Clinton Administration enacted a law called “Youth Handgun Safety Act” to ban possession of handguns by juveniles under the age of 18, and prohibits adults from transferring handguns to juveniles (https://www.justice.gov/archive/dag/pubdoc/Gun_Final.pdf). Since the spark of murder in the State of California in 2014 to 2016, Governor Newsom, celebrities, performers, churches, gun advocates, homeless advocates, Richmond Street Angels, and Senators, are trying to come up with radical solutions or temporary moratorium laws to combat GUN VIOLENCE in the City’s Most Dangerous – Richmond, California. The question to date is….has this law been remembered by the local public to enforce Federal, State, and local governments to respond now that there is over 1000 Tee Shirt Wolves in the streets begging for new Gun Justice from Governor Newsom? California Mothers are still crying out into the streets for help to unresolved shootings every week in Richmond, California by juveniles who’s parents are responsible. Why? When? and How? Can this old Clinton Administration benchmark bring resolution to the Youth Handgun Safety Act? Can a new ban be implemented for gun possession in Felony Murder cases today? To Steal a Life is to Steal A VOICE, but a Tee Shirt Wolf can not be stolen for the purpose of life.
Black Lives Matter, #LiquidLoveMovement, Blue Lives Matter, Storytellers, Tee Shirt Voices, and Esoteric Music Ministries are not enough if the Politician does not hear YOU.
Is there not enough monies today to eliminate the experiment to Justice? Federal Gun laws must continue to echo to fill the critical gaps of change since the 1990’s? Who’s Pissed with birth certificates marked legitimate or illegitimate since 2003, for Juvenile Gun Justice in East Orange, New Jersey during the Holiday/Castro era? Why has there not been enough general force placed upon the government to make a difference? The VICTIMS and Contra Costa DA is begging the public to make a stand to bring a collective justice to all of the candled voices in the clouds by bringing your solutions to the courtroom tomorrow. STOP GUNVIOLENCE! SAVE A LIFE WITH A VOICE FOR CHANGE.
